Olympus College Prep, LLC (“OCP”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its Website visitors and users (for purposes of the Privacy Policy, “users”) and their respective information in accordance with this Policy and all applicable laws and regulations. This Website is managed by OCP and its third-party website management and hosting service provider (“Provider”), both of which are bound hereunder (for purposes of this Policy, OCP and its Provider, collectively, “OCP”). By accessing and/or using this Website, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy; if you cannot accept the terms herein, you do not have OCP’s permission to access or use the Website.

OCP reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and will provide notification of any material changes to its Privacy Policy through the Website.

1. Collection of Information

Currently, OCP collects only the names, email addresses, and phone numbers of users who voluntarily provide this information. OCP is the sole owner of the information collected on our Website, and OCP does not sell, share, or rent this information to third parties except as necessary to administer the Website as disclosed herein.  OCP may store this information itself and/or arrange for storage in databases maintained by Provider; in each case, information is stored in a safe, secure location with access limited to employees or contractors who require such access to perform their responsibilities. Any user can correct, update, or remove all information provided to OCP by emailing info@olympuscollegeprep.com.

Users in the European Union and other countries fully understand and unambiguously consent to the collection and use of their respective personal information on this Website, hosted in the United States of America, subject to and conditioned on OCP’s compliance with this Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Means of Collecting Information; Use and Sharing of Collected Information; No Online Tracking

OCP collects user information on its Website solely to provide its services to interested parties and administer the Website; any information provided by a user is strictly confidential. OCP does not share, sell, rent, or trade any personally-identifiable user information with or to third parties for any purpose, including targeted advertising to OCP’s users, and there is currently no advertising of any kind on the Website. OCP does not currently permit any third party to access and use the Website to track any user’s logins and movements, including to and from the Website, or to collect any user’s personal information (OCP shares user information with its Provider solely to enable it to offer the Website on OCP’s behalf).

3.Children under the age of thirteen should not provide any personal information on this Website.

  OCP is committed to protecting children’s online privacy; accordingly, OCP does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and OCP will not retain any information provided by a user under the age of 13 if OCP becomes aware of such user’s age.

OCP will share only aggregate and anonymous information with third parties for marketing, research, or similar purposes. OCP may analyze Website data for trends and statistics on an aggregated basis; provided that aggregated information will not be linked in any way to user-identifiable information. OCP may collect non-personally-identifiable information, including IP addresses, through commonly-used information-gathering tools such as cookies and analytical tools. (Please note that, if an individual disables his or her Web browser’s ability to accept cookies, that individual can navigate the Website but may not be able to successfully use all the features and functions hereon.)

OCP reserves the right to use or disclose user information if required by law or court order or if OCP reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect OCP’s rights. OCP may also transfer users’ information to a third party in the course of a sale or reorganization of OCP’s business or assets.

If, at any point, OCP elects to use any of its users’ personally-identifiable information in a manner other than as stated in this Privacy Policy, OCP will update the Policy, use all commercially reasonable efforts to provide each user with the opportunity to opt out of OCP’s modified use of their information at that time, and comply with all applicable laws, including any statutory obligation to obtain a user’s consent to use of their personal information.

4. Security

Subject to the terms herein, OCP employs industry-standard administrative, technical, organizational, and physical measures in compliance with applicable law and regulations to protect the security of its personally-identifiable user information and to protect against unauthorized access thereto or unauthorized use or disclosure thereof.  However, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free and, as set forth in the Terms of Use, OCP cannot and does not guarantee or warrant the security and privacy of information provided by users and assumes no liability for any such transmission or any damages incurred in connection therewith. Each user discloses personal information on or through our Website wholly at their own risk and acknowledges that they are aware of the security and privacy risks involved.

In accordance with Section 2 of the Terms of Use, each user, on their behalf and on behalf of their heirs, executors, legal representatives, and other successors in interest, hereby releases and discharges OCP from any and all liability or responsibility for any damages suffered by that user arising out of any disclosure of their personally-identifiable information other than as a result of OCP’S willful misconduct.

Do Not Track is a preference that a user can set on their browser to inform websites that they do not want to be tracked. OCP does not support Do Not Track. A user can either enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of their browser.

5. Client Testimonials

OCP, at its option, in accordance with OCP’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and with the consent of each user involved, may post testimonials on the Website that contain information such as user first names and surname initials.

6. Links to other Websites

The Website may contain links to third-party sites, and OCP has no control over any such sites or their respective privacy practices.  Links to such other sites are provided solely as a convenience and OCP neither endorses nor bears any responsibility for or control over any linked site or any other link contained therein.  All statements by OCP herein pertaining to the Website do not apply in any way to any links or any linked third-party sites.  Once a user leaves this Website, neither these Terms of Use nor OCP’s Privacy Policy remains in effect; OCP encourages each user to read the terms of use of every website that they visit.

As noted above, there is no targeted advertising on the Website. For information, if a user does not want third parties to use his or her past online behavior to target ads, the user must opt out from targeted advertising. OCP does not control this process and cannot process opt-out requests on any user’s behalf.
